Job Description
Development of 21 pitch Campsite, Reception, Office, bin-stores & connection to existing public sewer & associated site works.
The new commercial building consisted of building 104.M2 to facilitate a Lobby, Reception & Lounge area, Shower & toilet blocks. Each containing 3 showers and 3 toilets and a disabled shower room with level access an outdoor shower area.
The main bulk of works was in the site works in the first phases of the project. Reducing ground levels supply and fit of Kingspan Water Attenuation tanks.
Underfloor heating fitted throughout this building along with a solar thermal system for hot water.
The project was completed on time, to a high standard/spec and within budget
