Redevelopment of  Derelict Building & Site

 The first phase of this project entailed planning permission and planning drawings, ensuring that all planned works were in compliance with current building regulations and H&S regulations. Phase two entailed enabling works, demolition of existing derelict building unit & associated site works. Phases three was Constructing the new three storey 154M2 dwelling with connection to main sewer and associated site works.

The property was completed as per plans, on schedule and to a high standard/spec.
